RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
IN STOCK DRESS & VEIL RETURN POLICY
We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t, we offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your items, within 7 days of your receipt of the items.
All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. Return shipping fees - $25 for wedding dresses and $15 for bridesmaids desses & veils - will not be refunded. Garmets must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Gowns not returned in original condition or within 7 day return window may be refused or subject to a $100 restocking fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS/MADE TO ORDER RETURN POLICY
Special order/made to order gowns are those where the dress is made by the designer after you have purchased it.
These gowns are not eligible for returns.
TRY-AT-HOME RETURN POLICY
We include a prepaid FedEx return label inside the box with your dresses. We cannot be responsible for any packages returned to us using a label or carrier other than the one we provided. If your return package becomes lost and the provided prepaid label was not used, you could be charged for not returning the dresses.
Please also note that samples must be returned in the original condition they were received, with all tags affixed. Samples are only meant for the purpose of trying on, so if they come back damaged, you may be charged a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (ex. stains, tears, strong odors, etc.). If the damage is severe, the cost will include the full retail price of the dress.
TRY-AT-HOME SAMPLE PURCHASE RETURN POLICY
To keep a sample, please fill out our sample purchase form to indicate which ones you'd like to keep. All Try-at-Home sample gown purchases are final sale, sold as is, and are not eligible for returns. Please note that these are try-at-home samples, so there may be some degree of wear and tear.
REFUNDS
A refund will be issued for the purchase price, less the shipping charge. Credit will only be applied to the original credit card account used for the purchase. Most credits are applied within 5-7 business days of receipt of the item, allowing for processing and inspection time. If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
EXCHANGE POLICY
We do not offer exchange service for products at this time. To change an order, you will need to return the item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).
NOTE ON ALTERATIONS
Because the dresses are not custom to your measurements, they will require alterations for a perfect fit. Alteration costs are the responsibility of the customer.
