Hollow-to-hem is the length from the center of your collarbone (hollow) to the bottom (hem) of your dress. All dresses come in a standard length measurement of 59”. We offer two additional custom hollow to hem measurements to help you minimize alterations. 

Recommendations:
Height should include the heel height you will be wearing with your dress. It is recommended that you measure yourself as these are general guidelines. Alterations may still be necessary to get the perfect fit.
Petite 56": < 5’3”
Standard 59": 5’4” - 5’9”
Tall 62": > 5’10”

Waist: Bend slightly at the waist to one side. Measure where your waist creases.

Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hip.

Shipping is Free for orders of 200+ (Only available to U.S. customers at this time.). All orders of in stock merchandise will be shipped within 2 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday (non-holiday).

Any orders of $500 or more will require a signature at the time of delivery.

Returns

We offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your gown, within 7 days of your receipt. All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered.

Unworn/unaltered special order/made to order, non-stocked garments may be returned for store credit.
