Our Try at Home program allows you to pick up to 3 gowns at a time, bridal or bridesmaids, to be
sent right to your door. Whether you're trying on for style or size, our Try at Home program helps
make sure you feel confident in your purchase online.

For bridal Try at Home only, you can apply the sample cost (up to $45) to the purchase of your dream dress!
Up to 3 dresses at a time- $10 per bridesmaid sample and $15 per bridal sample, shipping included.

After your bridal samples have been returned and received by us in good condition, we will send you a discount code (up to $45) via email that you can use towards the purchase of your dream dress!
Most of our samples will be available to be shipped to you within 1 week. However, some styles in high demand might have a waitlist, which can extend the delivery time. If your desired style is not available immediately, your stylist can work with you to find alternative options to achieve a similar look.

Drop off the samples at your local FedEx within 7 days of delivery. If you want to extend your time with the dresses, contact our customer service team.

Before you decide to purchase, please examine the gown for any defects and make sure it is the correct style, color, and size for you. You must purchase the dress BEFORE returning any of the additional dresses in the order. All sales are final for any Try at Home sample purchased.

We include a prepaid FedEx return label inside the box with your dresses. We cannot be responsible for any packages returned to us using a label or carrier other than the one we provided, meaning that if the package becomes lost, you could be charged for not returning the dress.

If you misplace your return label, please reach out to us at hello@averyaustin.com and we’d more more than happy to help!

Please also note that Try-At-Home samples must be returned in the original condition they were received, with all tags affixed. Samples are only meant for try on purposes so if they come back damaged, you may be charged a fee to fix the damage or replace the dress entirely if the damage cannot be fixed (ex. stains, tears, strong odors, etc.) If the damage is severe, the cost will include the full retail price of the dress.
If we haven’t heard from you and your package isn’t on the way back, you will be responsible for the full retail value of the merchandise in your possession. But please, let’s not let it get to that!
