We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t, we offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your items, within 7 days of your receipt of the items.

All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. A return fee of $25 for wedding dresses or $15 for bridesmaids dresses & veils will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Gowns not returned in original condition or within the 7 day return window may be refused or subject to a $100 restocking fee.

Runs very small

Dress was pretty, but runs very small. I would of needed a 10, and I normally wear a 4

The size was not at all correct. It was very disappointing. I ordered the size I normally wear and it was way too small. So I sent it back and ordered a size bigger and that barely fit. I couldn't even breathe in it and had to send it back. I will not order from your company ever again.
Much better success with sizes from other websites.

This dress is stunning but it runs SO small. I usually wear a size 6, sometimes 8. I started with the 6 for the try on because it was what was in stock. I couldn't even get it on my body. I returned it and ordered a size 10. I was able to pull it up and see how it generally looked on me but it would not zip. Not one inch would it zip. Awaiting the next size up available. A 16. Usually a 6... If a 14 were available I would have tried that first. Moral of the story, save yourself some money. Order several sizes up. Don't even think about this dress in less than 2 sizes up. Probably 3. But man she's stunning.

I ordered my dress to ‘try on’. Figured how bad could it be for only $10. When I picked my size it told me exactly when the dress would arrive-and it did. (Actually was afraid it was a scam-it was too easy). I could have picked 3 but just loved the one the second I saw it.

It’s GORGEOUS!! I still can not believe the price. Of course watch the measurements and order accordingly. Bridalwear usually runs smaller. I’m a 14 in the eveningwear but this I ordered an 18 and still need to loose a few more pounds to be comfortable, but totally what I expected.

I had a couple ‘hiccups’ when purchasing the dress, however Avery Austin’s customer service dept was incredibly fast and corrected any issues I had.

THIS WAS SO UNBELIEVABLY EASY AND CONVENIENT♥️. Can wait to show off my Avery Austin dress!!!!
