Our sample dresses have been previously tried on and may show signs of wear and tear, such as minor imperfections. While each gown is carefully inspected, they are sold in "as-is" condition. Please note that sample dresses are covered by our standard 7-day return policy.

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t, we offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your items, within 7 days of your receipt of the items.
All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. A return fee of $25 for wedding dresses or $15 for bridesmaids dresses & veils will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Gowns not returned in original condition or within the 7 day return window may be refused or subject to a $100 restocking fee.

Special order/made to order gowns are those where the dress is made by the designer after you have purchased it.
These gowns are not eligible for returns.
Try-at-Home Sample Purchase Return Policy
All Try-at-Home sample gown purchases are final sale, sold as is, and are not eligible for returns. Please note that these are try-at-home samples so there may be some degree of wear and tear.
