All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. A return fee of $25 for wedding dresses or $15 for bridesmaids dresses & veils will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Special order/made to order gowns are those where the dress is made by the designer after you have purchased it.

These gowns are not eligible for returns.

Try-at-Home Sample Purchase Return Policy

All Try-at-Home sample gown purchases are final sale, sold as is, and are not eligible for returns. Please note that these are try-at-home samples so there may be some degree of wear and tear.
