Hollow-to-hem is the length from the center of your collarbone (hollow) to the bottom (hem) of your dress. All dresses come in a standard length measurement of 59”. We offer two additional custom hollow to hem measurements to help you minimize alterations. 

Recommendations:
Height should include the heel height you will be wearing with your dress. It is recommended that you measure yourself as these are general guidelines. Alterations may still be necessary to get the perfect fit.
Petite 56": < 5’3”
Standard 59": 5’4” - 5’9”
Tall 62": > 5’10”

Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: Bend slightly at the waist to one side. Measure where your waist creases.

Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hip.

For the most accurate measurements, you should wear undergarments similar to those you intend to wear with your dress. We also highly recommend having someone else help measure you.

In Stock Dress & Veil Return Policy

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t, we offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your items, within 7 days of your receipt of the items.

All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. A return fee of $25 for wedding dresses or $15 for bridesmaids dresses & veils will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Gowns not returned in original condition or within the 7 day return window may be refused or subject to a $100 restocking fee.

Special order/made to order gowns are those where the dress is made by the designer after you have purchased it.

These gowns are not eligible for returns.

Try-at-Home Sample Purchase Return Policy

All Try-at-Home sample gown purchases are final sale, sold as is, and are not eligible for returns. Please note that these are try-at-home samples so there may be some degree of wear and tear.
