Bust: Measure the fullest part of your bust.

Waist: Bend slightly at the waist to one side. Measure where your waist creases.

Hips: Measure the fullest part of your hip.

For the most accurate measurements, you should wear undergarments similar to those you intend to wear with your dress. We also highly recommend having someone else help measure you.

We take pride in the quality of our merchandise and want you to be happy with your order. If you aren’t, we offer easy, no-hassle refunds on your items, within 7 days of your receipt of the items.

All returned items must be unworn and in original packaging with tags affixed. A return fee of $25 for wedding dresses or $15 for bridesmaids dresses & veils will apply. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Garments must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unaltered. Gowns not returned in original condition or within the 7 day return window may be refused or subject to a $100 restocking fee.

Try-at-Home Sample Purchase Return Policy

Great dresses, poor customer service.

A company shows its customer service standards when something goes wrong, not when everything goes right.

I returned a Try-at-Home dress using Avery Austin’s prepaid FedEx return label. FedEx accepted the package, but it later stalled in transit. Throughout the process, the explanation I received from Avery Austin repeatedly changed.

First, I was told my subsequent Try-at-Home order could not be fulfilled because the size I ordered had been damaged. Then I was told the issue was related to my outstanding return. Finally, the cancellation email stated that there was “not enough stock” to fulfill the order.

The explanation for the return issue also shifted over time. Initially, I was told they had no information beyond the fact that FedEx had accepted the package. Later, I was told the problem was my fault because the original shipping label was also inside the box, despite the correct prepaid return label being attached to the outside and used by FedEx to accept and process the shipment.

Rather than offering a consistent explanation or working toward a solution, Avery Austin placed my paid order on hold and ultimately shifted responsibility for a shipping issue that occurred after the carrier had taken possession of the package.

I cancelled my order and will not be doing business with Avery Austin in the future.

Super nice and easy experience, waited a long time to finally be able to do a try on but it was super easy once I was finally able to! Easy delivery and return. Even came with big clamps. Dress was very clean and packed nicely upon delivery. The dress it self was gorgeous, the built in cup padding was see thru though 😞 everything else was absolutely stunning, especially for the price.
